Japanese-style chicken legs
Description
Japanese-style chicken legs are perfect for a family lunch or festive dinner. They are slightly spicy. If you plan to serve a fresh vegetable salad with them, I recommend not adding salt or pepper to the salad—the flavor from the chicken legs will be enough. Wishing you all the best
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, chili paste, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- 2
Step 2

Place the chicken legs into a bowl with the prepared sauce, pour the sauce over them, and let them sit in it for a few minutes (5 minutes).

Step 3

Prepare a deep baking tray, line it with baking foil. Place a rack on top and put the chicken legs on the rack. This way, the fat and juices dripping from the legs will collect in the tray and won't make a mess in your oven.

Step 4

Bake the Japanese-style chicken legs in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, then flip them and bake for another 10 minutes. Your Japanese-style chicken legs are ready!
