
Georgian-style chicken legs
Description
Georgian-style chicken legs turn out slightly spicy, flavorful, and aromatic. For the marinade sauce, you'll need mustard, apple cider vinegar, and khmeli-suneli spice blend. Also add onions to the chicken—the meat will be juicier.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the chicken legs, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the mustard, pour in the apple cider vinegar, a little vegetable oil, and mix.

Peel the onion and cut a quarter into rings.
