Grilled chicken legs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Mom calls grilled chicken legs "a treat"—in a good sense of the word "treat." Apparently, she means "indulging yourself with tender meat, smoky flavored, pulled right off the bone." Serve the chicken legs with any vegetables, bread, or your favorite sauce. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Peel the garlic and mince it.

Step 2

2. In a large bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade. Add the garlic, pour in the soy sauce (we use it instead of salt), add the lemon juice, mustard, and black pepper, preferably freshly ground.
- 3
Step 3

3. Mix the marinade, add honey and mix again until smooth.

Step 4

4. Make cuts on the chicken legs. This will help the chicken marinate faster and cook more evenly.

Step 5

5. Place the chicken legs into the marinade. I usually choose a container with a lid for marinating, put the chicken or meat inside, close it with the lid, and shake it. You can also rub the legs with your hands. Place the chicken legs in the marinade into the refrigerator for 4–6 hours.

6. After 4-6 hours, grill the chicken legs until the meat pulls away from the bone.
