Chicken Nuggets in the Oven

Wash the fillet and chop it into small pieces.

For the breading, mix breadcrumbs with curry, flour, salt, turmeric, and pepper.

In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip each piece of breast first in it, then in the breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet. Cook them for 25 minutes.

For the sauce, mix chopped cucumber with mayonnaise. Serve the nuggets while still hot.
