Chicken muffins with pumpkin
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. These muffins are served only after cooling down. You can bake them in the oven, microwave, or steam them. I baked mine in a regular oven. They turn out moist and very delicious. You can serve them as a snack, for breakfast, or as a side dish with vegetables. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2
Step 2
In another bowl, add the eggs, mix slightly, then add the pumpkin, oil, and water, and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour mixture and combine.
- 3
Step 3
Rinse the sage and chop it finely. Cut the boiled chicken meat into cubes and mix it with the sage. Add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 4
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil so the baked goods don't burn and can be easily removed from the molds.
- 5
Step 5
Fill the molds one-third full with batter and bake for 20–25 minutes. Serve the muffins after they have cooled.
