Chicken pieces in egg

Description

Chicken meat in a crispy egg batter is very simple and quick to prepare. Place chicken pieces, flour, salt, and pepper into a bag and shake well. Then dip the coated chicken pieces into beaten egg and transfer them to a frying pan. Fry until golden brown on all sides. Serve hot with your choice of side dish and sauce.
