
Chicken wings in tomato sauce
Description
To prepare chicken wings in tomato sauce, you can make the sauce yourself (tomatoes, spices, and a bit more mayonnaise if desired), or you can use a ready-made one. Personally, I prefer a ready-made tomato sauce with cilantro and Georgian spices—it's perfect not only for chicken wings but also for shashlik and other types of meat. See the recipe below.

Thaw the chicken wings and prepare the remaining ingredients.

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly under running water and place them in a deep dish.

Pour the tomato sauce over them. Add fresh herbs, minced garlic, and optionally onion, if desired.

Then add sunflower oil.

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Mix thoroughly.

Let the chicken wings marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then preheat the oven to 190 degrees, place the wings on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
