Honey Chicken Wings

   1. Wash the chicken wings, dry them with a paper towel, then rub with salt and breadcrumbs. Grill them. I always spray the grill grate with vegetable oil.

   2. For the sauce, mix together all the dry ingredients: garlic and onion powder, sugar, chili pepper, and a little salt to taste. Then add honey, bourbon, and chili sauce, and stir well. If the sugar and salt crystals haven't dissolved, gently warm the sauce, but do not bring it to a boil. We'll generously coat the fried chicken in this sauce.
