
Texas-style chicken wings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A simple and delicious way to prepare chicken wings—adjust all the spices to your taste. The result is nicely spicy, but moderate. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes at 200°C (390°F), or about 40 minutes at 190°C (375°F). Don't overcook the wings, as they cook quickly. Serve the wings hot for lunch, dinner, or as a snack with beer.

1. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with a paper towel.

2. Place the wings in a deep, convenient bowl for marinating. Add salt, salsa, black pepper, chili, paprika, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and sauce.

3. Mix well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
