Grilled chicken wings
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The grilled chicken wings cook quite quickly and can feed a large group of people. They are most commonly served with herbs or fresh vegetables as a side. You can wrap the wings in lavash right after taking them off the grill—this will keep them warm for longer. To check if they're done, insert a knife into the thickest part of the meat; if the juice runs clear, the dish is ready. The dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take the chicken wings and remove any remaining feathers. Then wash and dry them with paper towels. Rub the wings with red chili pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

Step 2

Then season the chicken with salt to taste. Don't overdo it—better to add more salt to the finished dish.

Step 3

Finally, pour vegetable oil over the wings. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or preferably, overnight.

Step 4

Place the marinated chicken wings on the barbecue grill. Sear them on all sides, turning frequently, until a golden crust forms. Serve, drizzled with pomegranate juice.
