
Chicken Croquettes

1. Using a blender, make a smooth mince from chicken breast fillet. Then add an egg to the mince and mix everything together.

2. Add a tablespoon of corn flour, a little chili, and salt to the minced meat. If children will be eating the croquettes, do not add chili. Mix everything together.

3. Dust the surface with flour and form balls from the minced meat, approximately the size of a walnut. Each ball gets a teaspoon of the mixture.

4. Heat the deep-frying oil in a saucepan. In small batches (five to seven pieces at a time), drop the balls into the oil. Fry for about three minutes; the balls should turn light golden in color.

5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the cooked croquettes and place them on a paper towel or cloth to drain off excess fat. Cook all the croquettes from the remaining minced meat mixture in the same way.

6. Cut the bell pepper into squares approximately the size of a croquette. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Now thread the croquettes and vegetables alternately onto wooden skewers. It is best to serve them while the croquettes are still warm.
