
Chicken cutlets in tomato sauce
Description
We prepare the minced meat and fry the patties in oil until they form a golden-brown crust. Then we place them in a baking dish, pour sauce over them, and bake in the oven for half an hour. The chicken patties in tomato sauce turned out amazing—absolutely delicious!

Chop the garlic and one onion. Mix with the chicken mince. Add the bread soaked in milk and two eggs to the mince. Season with salt and mix well.

Rinse the dill and tie it into a bundle with a string. Chop the tomatoes and the second onion. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet and lightly sauté the onion. Then add the dill bundle and tomatoes.

Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Then add grated processed cheese and milk. Cook the resulting tomato sauce for 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat and discard the dill.

Form patties from the minced meat and fry in vegetable oil until a golden crust forms.

Place the meatballs in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over them. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
