Chicken cutlets in a blender
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We make the mince for these cutlets in a blender. The mixture turns out homogeneous but slightly runny, so use a spoon to shape the cutlets and coat them in breadcrumbs. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and blend it in a blender. If you do this simultaneously with the meat, the onion pieces will be too large.

Step 2

Cut the chicken meat into pieces. Place in a blender and process until it turns into a minced meat mixture. At first, this will be difficult, but if you gradually add a little milk, the mixture will become easier to work with.

Step 3

Pour in the remaining milk. Add salt and spices. Instead of the usual soaked bread, I add 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs directly into the meat mixture and beat again. This works better in the mince—there's no bitterness at all, and no unpleasant feeling that the cutlet contains bread.

Step 4

Form patties from the prepared mince. The mince is too runny. Put some breadcrumbs into a bowl. Take a spoonful of the mince and roll it in the breadcrumbs. Place the finished patties onto a hot frying pan and fry on both sides. After flipping them, cover the patties with a lid and let them steam.

Step 5

Serve with vegetables. You can prepare a light vegetable salad.
