Chicken cutlets with butter inside
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Prepare the minced meat and season it. Then shape the meat into a small patty, place a piece of frozen butter inside, form into a meatball, and fry as usual. If desired, after frying, you can simmer the cutlets slightly. To do so, add a little broth or water to the pan, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 10–12 minutes. Serve with a vegetable salad as a side dish to the chicken cutlets with butter inside. The dish is ready to be served.
