Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list.

Step 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, remove the films and fat pieces. Cut the meat into very small cubes. Instead of chicken breast fillet, you can use thigh meat.
- 3
Step 3

Add the onion grated on a coarse grater.
- 4
Step 4

Also add flour, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and spices to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Mix thoroughly.
- 6
Step 6

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, place the chicken mixture into the hot oil and shape into small patties.
- 7
Step 7

Fry the patties on one side for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Then flip and fry for another 6-8 minutes covered, until fully cooked. Adjust the timing according to your stove.

Step 8

Transfer the cooked patties onto a plate and serve immediately. They go well with boiled vegetables, cereals, pasta, or a fresh vegetable salad. Another delicious option is to place a tomato slice and a leaf of green salad on a non-sweet bun, drizzle with mustard or cheese sauce, and add one of these patties—your homemade hamburger is ready! These are not just patties, they're a real find!
