Chicken cutlets with zucchini in a multicooker
Description
The zucchini is barely noticeable in the patties, but it makes them juicy and light. If the zucchini are young, there's no need to peel them or remove the small seeds. However, mature zucchini should definitely be peeled and seeded. You can add your favorite spices if desired. Serve with any side dish or fresh herbs.
