Chicken cutlets with basil
Description
Chicken fillet cutlets are easy and relatively quick to prepare. You can omit the egg, as the minced meat holds its shape well even without it. Basil, both dried and fresh, adds aroma and a slight spiciness, so ground pepper is not necessary. The cutlets are very tasty and disappear quickly, served either with a side dish or on their own, with a piece of fresh bread or a toast. The specified amount of ingredients yields 10-12 medium-sized cutlets.
