Hungarian-style chicken patties
Description
I found this recipe for cutlets on the internet, though of course I made a few small adjustments of my own. These cutlets turn out juicy, delicious, and incredibly tender. The recipe calls for breadcrumbs, but I prefer semolina—it holds the shape better and creates a crispier crust. You can substitute the broth with hot water. For easier shaping, moisten your hands with water. Give it a try!
