Description

This recipe won't take much time. In my opinion, pork and beef are quite heavy meats, so when I cook meatballs for my family, I prefer a lower-calorie and lighter option, such as chicken or turkey. The recipe I'm about to share for steamed chicken meatballs, in my view, is one of the best—it's perfect for those who care about their figure and health. And if you have children at home, they'll love these meatballs too, as they are very tender, delicious, and nutritious since we steam them instead of frying. Overall, no matter how you look at it, this simple recipe for steamed chicken meatballs is great in every way, so definitely try making this tasty dish for lunch or dinner. Serve hot.

First, we need to break the white bread into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and pour milk over them. After 10 minutes, when the bread has softened, squeeze out the excess milk and transfer it to a clean bowl.

Then, chicken fillet, soaked bread, and onion should be passed through a meat grinder several times. Next, we break an egg and separate the white from the yolk, transfer the minced mixture into a bowl, add egg yolk, chopped herbs, salt, and black ground pepper, then thoroughly mix the stuffing.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg white with a mixer until thick foam forms.
