Chicken cutlets for children
Description
Turn the chicken fillet into minced meat, season it, shape into patties, and fry them in vegetable oil. Then I recommend simmering the patties by adding water or broth. Serve the ready chicken patties for children with porridge, vegetables, or pasta. I'm sure your child will enjoy them.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and cut it into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Pass the meat through a meat grinder.
- 3
Step 3

Soak the white bread. You can use plain water or a little milk. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the bread and pass it through a meat grinder. Mix the bread with the ground meat.
- 4
Step 4

Add a raw egg and a little flour to the minced meat to keep the patties from falling apart. Mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Shape the meat mixture into patties using a spoon. Roll them in flour. To prevent the meat mixture from sticking to your hands, moisten your hands with water.
- 6
Step 6

Pour a little vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan. Fry the patties on both sides and transfer them to a separate dish.
- 7
Step 7

If desired, you can simmer the patties a little. Place them back into the pan, add a little water to the bottom, and simmer until the water has evaporated.
