Chicken cutlets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you've decided to make cutlets, you should immediately decide what they'll be made from. If you want a more filling meal and enjoy poultry, stock up on plenty of meat. Why? Because poultry is generally less caloric and less filling than, for example, beef or pork. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

So, I took already prepared chicken fillet. First, I need to wash it, then cut it into pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into 4 parts. Cut a couple of pieces of white bread and soak them in a small amount of milk.

Step 2

Now get out the meat grinder. If you don't have one, plan ahead and simply buy ready-made chicken mince. I grind chicken fillet, onion, and soaked bread roll using the meat grinder.

Step 3

Grind all the ingredients. Add one large egg to the resulting mixture. Add salt, pepper, and a little dried herbs. Mix thoroughly until uniform.

Step 4

I place the frying pan on the stove. I pour in some sunflower oil. I start making cutlets. I roll the meatballs from the minced meat with my hands and flatten them with my palms. I put them into the heated oil and fry on both sides until cooked.

Step 5

I fry the cutlets over medium heat, sometimes covering them with a lid so they steam a bit—but only if the cutlets are large. Serve with a side dish or a salad.
