Chicken gizzards in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Thanks to the long marinating of the gizzards in dairy products, you won't feel any unpleasant odor—the kefir or yogurt greatly improve the texture of the dish. The gizzards turn out very tender, literally melting in your mouth. They can be served with potatoes or pasta. Serve hot.
