
Chicken gizzards with pasta
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To ensure the chicken gizzards with pasta are not tough, boil this offal for at least 1 hour, tasting occasionally. Prepare the listed ingredients.

Thoroughly rinse chicken gizzards under water, scraping off all dirt. Place them in a pot, pour in hot water, and add a couple of bay leaves. Boil for about 10 minutes, then drain the broth. Pour hot water over the gizzards again, add 2 pinches of salt, and cook for approximately 50 minutes until tender.

Once the stomachs are ready, remove them from the broth to let them cool. Meanwhile, peel the onion, rinse it under water, and chop it into small cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a cauldron or a pot with a non-stick bottom, then add the chopped onion.

Add the pasta of your chosen variety and sauté everything for about 2 minutes.

Pour in 350 ml of the broth in which the gizzards were boiled, add 2 pinches of salt, and cook the pasta for about 10-15 minutes.

Cut the chicken gizzards into small cubes or strips, and add them to the container with the cooked pasta.
