Chicken gizzards with onions and carrots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can serve the dish as a sauce by adding a little hot water to the pan while frying, or as a standalone meat dish, for example, with bread or plain baked goods. It tastes especially delicious when served with ketchup, "Aioli" sauce, garlic mayonnaise, etc. To prevent the stomachs from becoming tough, they must be boiled beforehand. Serve hot.
