
Chicken breasts with cheese in the oven
Description
Use two types of cheese here. If you don't have Parmesan and mozzarella, replace them with two other cheeses of similar texture. Serve the baked chicken breasts hot, 5–10 minutes after baking. You can use canned tomato sauce or homemade, if you have it.

1. Wash the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.

2. Pound each piece with a mallet so that the thickness of all pieces is approximately the same.

3. Salt and pepper the meat on all sides.

4. Put flour on a plate and coat each piece in flour first.

5. In another plate, break an egg and pour in milk, add salt and pepper. After the flour, place the meat into the egg-milk mixture.

6. Mix the breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, dip each piece of meat into this mixture.

7. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and place the meat in it. Sear until golden brown on both sides.

8. First, transfer the meat onto a paper towel to absorb the fat. Then, place about 200 grams of sauce into a baking dish, and arrange the meat on top.

9. Place the remaining sauce on each piece.

10. Sprinkle the meat with the remaining grated Parmesan.

11. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the meat, then add chopped fresh basil.

12. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve the dish 5-7 minutes after baking.
