Chicken Breasts White Devil
Description
Place chicken breasts on a large sheet of foil greased with oil, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, then wrap tightly in the foil. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Let cool, then remove from the foil. Instead of chicken breasts, you can use smoked pollock fillets, previously skinned. In this case, boil the fillets in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain. Grease a heatproof dish with oil and bake the fillets in it. Mix turmeric, cayenne pepper, mustard, salt, pepper, and cream. Whisk the mixture until it thickens. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts or fish fillets and place in the oven. Bake at 200°C for 8–20 minutes, or until a golden crust forms. Do not let the sauce boil. Serve the dish with baked puff pastry triangles arranged around it.
