Chicken drumsticks in sour cream
Description
1. The recipe for chicken drumsticks in sour cream is quite simple. First, wash and dry the drumsticks, then season with salt and pepper. 2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Add the drumsticks and sear over high heat until a crust forms. 3. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and slice them thinly into rounds. 4. If desired, you can also add mushrooms to the dish. Rinse them well and slice thinly. 5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the onions to the pan and sauté briefly. 6. After 2-3 minutes, add the carrots to the onions. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7. Add the mushrooms and continue frying with the vegetables for another 5-7 minutes. If desired, you can also add other vegetables to taste. 8. Now return the drumsticks to the pan. 9. Mix the sour cream with mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add tarragon or rosemary (if you have fresh sprigs, you can add them to the pan as well). Mix thoroughly. 10. Pour the sour cream sauce into the pan and gently stir. Add a little dry white wine. 11. Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid. Simmer the chicken drumsticks in sour cream at home for about 20 minutes, then finish cooking uncovered until done. 12. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs.
