Chicken drumsticks in onion-mushroom sauce

Description
The chicken turns out golden brown, juicy, and aromatic. You can serve it with any side dish, but we especially like it with spaghetti. I recommend garnishing with fresh herbs when serving.

Sear the chicken drumsticks until golden brown.

Add the onion, sliced into half-rings, and finely chopped mushrooms. Continue frying together for about 5-7 minutes.

Then pour in the cream. Add salt and paprika. If necessary, add a little water. Simmer everything together over low heat for another 10 minutes.

Serve with any side dish.
