Chicken meatballs in creamy sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken meatballs in creamy sauce are very simple and quick to make. Often, meatballs are pan-fried. But I use a purely dietary version: I boil them in water and use the lowest-fat cream available. This version is suitable for children, as well as adults suffering from liver or stomach conditions. The meatballs in sauce turn out very tender and delicious. The dish is ready to serve.
