1. Place the ground chicken in a bowl, add breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Add lemon zest, chopped pistachios, and finely chopped onion. If any of your family members don't like onion pieces, you can grate it into a paste.

3. Grease a baking dish with butter. Shape the meatballs, place them in the dish with a little space between each, and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

4. Mix sour cream with ketchup and dried basil, add about 100 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs, cover the dish with a lid, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
