Chicken meatballs

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A simple recipe for making chicken meatballs. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Step 1
Peel and grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Place in a bowl and add a couple of eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

Form meatballs. Sear in a frying pan until browned on all sides.

Then transfer the meatballs to a heatproof dish.

Pour tomato paste and 1 tbsp of water. Cover with foil. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
