Chicken patties in creamy sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This wonderful combination will delight both kids and adults. It's best to serve the dish with a side, drizzled with the remaining sauce. Fresh herbs and vegetables make an excellent addition. You can use store-bought ground meat, but it will taste much better if you prepare it yourself. The recipe is quite simple and doesn't require any special culinary skills. I highly recommend giving it a try. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat it dry. Use 10% fat cream.
- 2
Step 2

Take bread or a roll, preferably not too fresh. Cut off the crust and crumble the crumb into a deep plate. Soak in milk, mashing the bread with a fork.
- 3
Step 3

Pass chicken fillet, onion, and garlic through a meat grinder. Squeeze the bread to remove excess milk and add it to the meat mixture, also passing it through the meat grinder. Add salt and spices to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Thoroughly mix the minced meat until uniform.
- 5
Step 5

Prepare the creamy sauce. To do this, place the flour in a skillet and lightly brown it, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Add the butter and, stirring, melt it.
- 6
Step 6

Pour in the cream, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Season with salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- 7
Step 7

With wet hands, shape the minced meat into small balls and place them on a preheated pan with oil.
- 8
Step 8

Sear on all sides until a golden-brown crust forms.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the previously prepared cream sauce over the patties, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

Chicken patties in creamy sauce are ready.
