Chicken thighs in a sweet and sour marinade
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of thighs, you can use other parts of the chicken: drumsticks, legs, breasts, or wings. Bone-in or boneless chicken thighs work well. There's no need to marinate chicken thighs in sauce for long; you can place them straight into the oven and bake. Serve them hot with a side of boiled rice or vegetable salad. Serve hot.
