Chicken thighs in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Almost everyone loves chicken legs. Every homemaker has their own way of preparing thighs, but this version is the simplest. You can cook the legs in various ways. If you choose batter, it's good to fry them in deep oil or a small amount of oil on all sides. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Beat the eggs with a mixer or by hand, add salt and spices, then pour in the milk. You can leave it like this and coat the chicken thighs in flour separately, or you can make a batter by adding flour to the egg mixture to achieve a pancake-like consistency. I chose the first method and decided to do it separately.

Step 2

2. Take chicken legs and dip them into the egg mixture. Some cooks pre-boil the legs. I usually cook them in a pan with added oil (you can even deep-fry them).

Step 3

3. Coat in flour and place in the frying pan.

Step 4

4. Fry on all sides, constantly turning. If preparing batter, you can fry the legs in deep oil—they will become crispy and cook quickly.

Step 5

5. Place them on a serving dish and serve. While the chicken thighs are cooking, you can boil a side dish (mashed potatoes or porridge).
