Chicken thighs in sauce
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I really enjoy stewing chicken in sour cream sauce with various additions: herbs, garlic, grainy mustard, etc. Chicken thighs in sour cream sauce with garlic and paprika turn out especially delicious. Garlic and paprika make the sauce flavorful, pleasantly mild, and very aromatic. For the sauce, I use low-fat and fairly liquid sour cream so that the chicken thighs truly braise in it. I usually prepare this dish in a multicooker, but you can also cook it in a skillet—this won't affect the taste. I serve chicken thighs with the sauce alongside mashed potatoes or various grain dishes. Be sure to try my recipe and treat your loved ones to a delicious meal. Serve hot.
