Description
The recipe for "Surprise" chicken fillet is quite simple. There are several variations that can diversify this dish. One of them, used in this case, is tomato. However, you can also add some sautéed or marinated mushrooms or other vegetables to taste. Instead of hard cheese, you can also use processed cheese or mozzarella, for example.

1. First, wash, dry, and cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Place it into a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add chicken spices. Add a little sour cream and mustard. Let the chicken marinate for 30–40 minutes so it absorbs the flavors and becomes tender. Meanwhile, prepare the molds. You can easily make them from food foil folded several times. To shape them, use a regular glass turned upside down.

2. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the baking form thoroughly on all sides with vegetable or butter, then place the potatoes at the bottom.

3. The peeled onion, sliced into thin half-rings, can first be scalded with boiling water and dried. Place on top.

4. Next, fill the mold with chicken. For the marinade, you can use absolutely any ingredients, so that this simple recipe for chicken fillet "Surprise" is original every time.

5. In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs with sour cream and a pinch of salt. Add a little of the egg mixture to each mold, just enough to cover the filling.

6. Wash and dry the tomato. Slice it thinly and place one slice into each mold. For extra flavor, add a bit of minced garlic on top.

7. Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater and sprinkle on top. Place the molds on a baking sheet and put into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a golden crust forms and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

8. When the homemade "Surprise" chicken fillet is ready, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs or garnish with tomato or pepper slices. Serve hot, directly in the molds.
