Chicken breast with lemon and garlic
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This recipe isn't mine; I honestly borrowed it from a cookbook on traditional Spanish cuisine, so we can somewhat call this dish Spanish. In reality, it's the simplest way to cook chicken fillet deliciously—lemon and garlic give the meat a very pleasant flavor. This dish is perfect for those times when you have almost no time to cook, but still want something special. Good luck! Chicken fillet with lemon and garlic recipe: 1. Pound the chicken breasts well. Focus more on the thicker parts, pounding until the breasts become fairly thin. 2. Cut the chicken fillet into small strips, naturally along the grain (it is chicken, after all). Finely chop the shallot and garlic. Mince the parsley very finely. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with paprika for just 1–2 minutes. Then add the chicken fillet and stir-fry over high heat for another 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Add the parsley, juice of one lemon (or lime), salt, and pepper to the chicken. Mix well, simmer for another 3–4 minutes, then remove from heat. Serve immediately while still hot. The dish is ready to be served.
