Chicken fillet with zucchini
Description
Usually, I don't serve chicken fillet with zucchini with any side dish or salad. This dish is very complete and filling, so in my opinion, it doesn't need anything extra. However, sometimes it's good to complement the chicken and zucchini skewers with a sauce. The possibilities are endless—tartar sauce, sweet-and-sour, or mustard sauce all work perfectly. You can also prepare some steamed vegetables as a side dish. Either way, it will be delicious.
Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and juice squeezed from an orange. Stir the marinade. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, not too small, keep in mind they will shrink in the oven. Place the chicken pieces into the marinade, mix thoroughly, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3–5 hours.

Step 2

Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and cut them into cubes, roughly the same size as the chicken pieces, so that the skewers look appealing. Thread the meat and zucchini onto wooden skewers, alternating them.

Step 3

Place the tray with the kebabs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30–35 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven and serve. You can add a little honey to the plate when serving. Now you know how to prepare chicken breast with zucchini as kebabs.
