Chicken ham with hearts
Description
The ham turns out not only tasty but also beautiful. It ends up looking almost marbled thanks to the contrast between the breast meat and the hearts. To keep the ham juicy, the ingredients should be cold, so moisture loss during cooking will be minimal. If you like your ham a bit spicier, add some of your favorite spices. Tie the roasting bag tightly so the juices don't leak out during cooking.
