Chicken Piccata with Wine
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken piccata can be made in various ways, and I liked the following method. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry until golden brown. Prepare the sauce separately and serve with a slice of lemon. The sauce seemed too sour to me, so I added 1 teaspoon of sugar to suit my taste. The dish is now ready to be served.
