Chicken liver in sour cream in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Wash the liver thoroughly under water, let the water drain, peel the vegetables and rinse them as well. Place all the ingredients into the multicooker pot and cook using a convenient mode. I prefer the "Porridge" or "Soup" setting—everything cooks quickly and doesn't burn. Read more details below. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

For a more flavorful dish, use not only onion but also garlic. Peel the vegetables and chop them finely so they have time to cook together with the liver.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly under running water to remove excess blood. Place a portion of onion and garlic at the bottom of the pot, then add the liver, followed by another layer of onion and garlic. Add spices and salt to taste.

Step 3

Pour the sour cream generously over the liver. If the sour cream is very thick, dilute it slightly with water. The liver should simmer in the sour cream. Place the pot into the multicooker, set the "Porridge" mode, and cook for 20–25 minutes.

Step 4

The liver in sour cream is ready. Serve it hot with any side dish. Enjoy!
