Chicken liver with apples
Description
For frying chicken liver, I use a minimal amount of spices: a little oregano, some smoked paprika, a pinch of ground pepper, and salt. You can replace the vegetable oil with butter if you like—the taste will be excellent! I choose juicy and sweet apples with firm flesh to prevent them from turning into a "mush" during frying.
