Chicken liver à la française
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest a healthy, tasty, and simple way to cook liver. It's suitable both for a family dinner and for a celebration. Liver is usually served with rice, potatoes, and vegetables. Tender and juicy liver goes perfectly with mushrooms. They add a festive touch and a certain elegance to this dish. I wouldn't call this recipe an "everyday meal"—I usually prepare it when the whole family is together. Children especially love this liver dish. Serve it hot.
