Chicken liver fried in a pan with mayonnaise
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Cooking chicken liver in a pan with mayonnaise is extremely easy. I recommend using mayonnaise; in extreme cases, you can mix it half-and-half with sour cream, but mayonnaise gives the liver a particularly delicious flavor and creates a very tasty sauce. This liver and sauce go well with any side dish—everything will turn out perfectly. The ready dish can now be served.

Dilute the mayonnaise in about 100 ml of water, pour the resulting mixture into a pan, and add salt, paprika, and other favorite spices. I like to add smoked paprika and a little allspice. Simmer the liver over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.

Step 6

The liver is already very tender and juicy. But I wanted to make it even softer, so I added another 100-150 ml of water, covered the pan with a lid, and simmered for another 10-12 minutes.
