1. The dish gets its extraordinary flavor from the sauce. To prepare it, mix sour cream with a pinch of salt, paprika, and black pepper. Add a spoonful each of mustard and lemon juice, as well as a little honey (it will give the chicken breast a special taste and color). Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add your favorite chicken seasonings and dried herbs to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
