Chicken breast with breadcrumbs
Description
Thanks to the breading, the meat retains all its juices, while developing a golden, delicious crust on the outside—making you want to eat it right away. I serve breaded chicken breasts with mashed potatoes for children, and spaghetti for adults. It can be served with sauce or ketchup, along with vegetables (fresh or pickled). You can prepare this dish ahead of time and reheat as needed, but I prefer freshly cooked meat.
