Wash the chicken breast and remove the meat from the bone. Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Mix the flour with the starch, then add this mixture to the chicken pieces. Stir to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the mixture.

Pour soy sauce into the bowl with the chicken fillet, making sure all pieces are covered, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and finely chop it. Cut the washed pepper, with seeds removed, into thin strips.

In a small amount of vegetable oil, sauté the pepper and onion (until the onion becomes translucent).

In a deep bowl, mix together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, grated ginger, and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Stir everything gently until well combined.

After two hours, take the chicken fillet out of the refrigerator and fry for about 5 minutes in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Then transfer the fried onion and pepper to the pan, add the prepared sauce. Mix well.
