Wash the chicken breast, dry thoroughly, and remove from the bone. Then slice the fillet into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Cut the onion into half-rings and add to the pan.

Fry the onion until translucent and slightly golden. Add the chicken breast, mix well. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

While the chicken breast is simmering, finely chop the garlic and mix it with 2 teaspoons of flour. Add the milk and stir thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming.

Add the remaining flour to the pan with the onion and chicken breast, mix well and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Then pour the garlic-flour-milk mixture into the pan with the meat, stir. Cover with a lid and continue simmering for another 7–10 minutes.
