Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Ingredients for the dish. Plus a ziplock bag, a cocktail straw, and a multicooker.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into fillets and rub with spices and seasonings. Rub with your hands on all sides. Cut a thin slice of lemon in half and place on top of the fillet.
- 3
Step 3

Take a zip-lock bag and place both fillets inside. Add a sprig of rosemary. Pour cold water into a suitable container and submerge the bag so that the fillets are below the water level. The water will displace the air from the bag. Insert a drinking straw into the corner of the bag and close the zipper seal up to the straw. Use your hands to press out the remaining air, then quickly pull out the straw and fully seal the zipper.

Step 4

If everything is done correctly, the bag will fit snugly around the contents.
- 5
Step 5

Place the packet into the multicooker bowl, pour cold water over it, and set the cooking temperature to 65 degrees. The cooking time will depend on the weight of the fillet. An average chicken breast will need 2 hours.

Step 6

After two hours, carefully open the bag and pour a small amount of broth into a bowl. The broth is very rich and flavorful, and can be used as a base for an excellent sauce.

Step 7

And the breast can be served immediately as a diet dish.
- 8
Step 8
