Chicken breast with oranges
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare chicken breast with oranges, we'll need a juicy and ripe orange, fresh chicken, and chicken spices, in addition to garlic and ginger. Chicken marinated this way can be either fried or baked. I suggest a quicker option: we'll sear the chicken over high heat until cooked through. Check out the recipe. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, grate the orange zest using a fine grater. Peel the orange, removing any remaining white pith, and cut it in half. Separate one half into segments, removing the membranes. Put the orange segments into the refrigerator for now—we'll use them later. We'll squeeze the juice from the second half into the marinade later on.

Step 2

Press garlic and celery through a press into a bowl. Rub with salt and black pepper.
- 3
Step 3

Add the zest and juice of half an orange.
- 4
Step 4

Then pour in the soy sauce and corn oil.
- 5
Step 5

Grate the dry ginger and mix thoroughly.
- 6
Step 6

Marinate the chicken breast in the resulting mixture and let it sit for an hour (if you have time, you can leave it longer — it will only taste better).
- 7
Step 7

Then remove the chicken from the marinade (let the excess drip off) and sear over high heat for one to two minutes on each side. Pierce with a fork: if the juice is clear, the chicken is done.
- 8
Step 8

On a large plate, assemble the "pillow": first place shredded Chinese cabbage, then arrange orange segments on top.
- 9
Step 9

Slice the seared chicken breast into thin pieces, serve on a bed of salad and oranges. Pour the marinade from the pan over the top.

Can be served.
